| Objective:Aging kidney deficiency syndrome by acupuncture on the expression of P16 gene mRNA within the environmental indicators and related impact and relevance of individual differences in response to the evaluation of acupuncture's role in anti-aging.Methods:60 old people had been selected. They were divided into two groups on the basis of randomized controlled trial. Acupuncture group was treated with conventional therapy and acupuncture; while moxibustion group was treated with conventional therapy and moxibustion. Observed before and after the treatment, clinical symptoms of senescence and the P16 mRNA expression, and related quantitative changes in environmental indicators and the relevance of individual differences in response.Results:1. Acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve clinical symptoms in elderly patients, to improve the level of mental aging, senescence, and in some indicators, especially on the credibility of evidence of audio- visual material without permitting is statistically significant, the acupuncture group was superior to moxibustion group obviously (P＜0.05)2. Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the degree of psychological aging, and the acupuncture group and moxibustion group of patients in improving the psychological aspects of aging no difference.3.Acupuncture and moxibustion can be reduced by aging-related gene high expression of p16, by inhibiting the proliferation of senescent cells to achieve anti-aging effect, and the acupuncture group was superior to moxibustion group obviously (P＜0.05)Concussion:According to the specific circumstances of patients were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion after a certain course of treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptom scores of senescence, the elderly the degree of psychological senescence, reduce the P16 mRNA expression, which play a role in anti-aging.
