Cubital tunnel syndrome (cubital tunnelsy ndrome, CTS) refers to the ulnar nerve at the elbow ulnar nerve groove of a chronic injury, also known as delayed ulnar neuritis, is a common clinical diseases ulnar nerve entrapment is one , in the upper extremity nerve compression syndrome, CTS incidence rate second only to the most common carpal tunnel syndrome. Because the cause of the disease is more complicated, coupled with the anatomy of the ulnar nerve particular, clinical efficacy dissatisfied with their treatment at present which have not been uniform. Surgery aims to lift suffered ulnar nerve entrapment, and prevention of postoperative pressure to generate new cards, effectively promote restoration of damaged neurons, reduce nerve recovery time, reduce disability and improve quality of life of patients with clinicians to explore the Target. The current commonly used methods are: conservative treatment, in situ lysis, ulnar nerve surgery, resection of the medial epicondyle and other conventional methods. As people continued to deepen their understanding to form a variety of surgical methods, such as elbow extension, rebuilding, endoscopic lysis under the ulnar nerve, ulnar nerve with vascular surgery and other methods pre-lysis. In addition to surgical treatment, physical therapy, such as infrared, ultraviolet radiation, magnetic stimulation, laser stimulation, spectrum analyzer irradiation, ultrasonic treatment, in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury in the field of application of more and more attention. In recent years, by retrieving the cubital tunnel syndrome reported in the literature in this paper on the application of cubital tunnel syndrome associated anatomy, etiology, pathology, surgical treatment and its progress to do a review.
