The Clinical Study Of San Huang San Treatment In Limb Swelling Caused By Snakebite

Objective:In clinical application of san huang san Treatment in Limb Swelling Caused by snakebite clinical observation and comparative study, to provide a reliable method of topical drug treatment.Methods:â‘ to meet the diagnostic criteria of the 60 patients, be by a simple randomized divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases, by statistical analysis, two groups were sex, age, visiting time, disease classification score, wounded snake species distribution and swelling in patients with no significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. Control group received conventional therapy, the treatment group were given conventional treatment, based on 2 days after the bite plus san huang san evenly divided in topical honey tone swollen limbs, 1 time per day.â‘¡by observing two groups were compared 2 days after the bite,6 days, swelling of limbs, changes in serotonin, course of treatment and the swelling time, the results of these indicators are statistics and compared and statistically analyzed.Results:A Comparative Study of Snakebite limb swelling experiment, by statistical analysisâ‘ treatment group and control group 2 days after the swelling in the bite of comparison, no significant difference (P> 0.05); treatment group before and after the swelling degree of difference value significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).â‘¡treatment group and control group compared with the swelling time, treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).â‘¢the treatment group and control group 2 days after the bite of serotonin showed no significant difference (P> 0.05), in the same time, the treatment group, the level of serotonin were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).â‘£treatment group and control group compared with the course of treatment, treatment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The two groups of patients with swelling degree,the level of serotonin, the swelling time, comparative analysis, obtained by san huang san in treating snake bites swelling in patients than in the control group, could significantly decrease the improvement caused by swelling of serotonin levels, improve patient swelling, shorten the course of treatment.
