Control group received routine western medicine, the treatment group with conventional therapy in Western medicine plus service tune up the five internal organs on the side, a course of 3 months after treatment of clinical symptoms, signs, effects, peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+),BODE index and quality of life impact.Results:1.Two groups of clinical symptoms and efficacy comparison:After treatment, clinical symptoms and signs scores were significantly improved (P<0.05); while the control group, cough, sputum, wheezing, shortness of breath and other symptoms and signs of more treatment before significant improvement, the rest did not improve (P>0.05); treatment group improved clinical symptoms and signs of the effects were better than the control group (P<0.05); The total effective rate was 96.30% in the control group was efficiency of 81.48%, compared two groups, with significant difference (P<0.05), shows efficacy in treatment group than the control groups.2. Two groups of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets (CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+) comparison:After treatment, the indicators than before treatment were significantly different (P< 0.05);the treatment group improved CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ than in the control group there were significant differences (P<0.05).Show that the treatment group than in the control group increased more significantly in patients with immune function.3.BODE index two groups:treatment group indicators and total scores were significantly different (P<0.05); control group, body mass index, other than the index and the total score before treatment There was a significant difference (P<0.05); the two groups, the treatment group than in the control group on body mass index were significantly different (P<0.05), the rest of the index and total scores were not significantly different (P>0.05).Show that the treatment group significantly improved the nutritional status of patients.4. The quality of life compared two groups:treatment group, the average score of the score and total score were significantly decreased (P<0.05); the control group rate in daily life, social activities score higher than before treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), the rest of the score and the total average score was no significant difference (P>0.05);comparison between the two groups, treatment group, the average score of the score and total score compared with the control group, were significantly different (P<0.05).Show that the treatment group for improving the quality of life of patients, especially in depression and anxiety than the control group only using Western medicine has significant advantages.Conclusion:Tiao-bu-wu-zang-fang with routine western medicine TCM Lung, Spleen and Kidney Qi-xu is a type of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients with stable, compared with Western medicine alone can better improve the clinical symptoms and signs, improve immune function in patients to improve the nutritional status, improve quality of life of patients.
