Analysis Of Correlation Factors Affecting The Surgical Treatment Of Unstable Pelvic Fractures

Objective:to investigate unstable pelvic fractures surgical efficacy,to analyze the related factor. Identify possible reasons and put forward the prevention measures,to further improve the operation effect of pelvic fractures.Methods:retrospective analysis 74 unstable pelvic fractures patients were hospitalized and follow-up in Fuzhou general hospital orthopaedic of nanjing military from January 2003 December 2009.To statistical analysis the factors impacting on the surgical treatment that is patient's age, sex, size, cause of injuries, fractures type,surgical timing,quality of anatomical reduction,types of internal fixation of TileC pelvic fractures,postoperative complication,rehabilitating treatment.Reference to the clinical effect of postoperative pelvic Majeed scoring system evaluated.With the above ten factors as independent variables,Postoperative efficacy as variable.One-way analysis of variance,Chi-square test or regulated Chi-square test were used in statistical analysis. A p-value of less than 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Result:fractures type,surgical timing,quality of anatomical reduction,types of internal fixation of TileC pelvic fractures,postoperative complication,rehabilitating treatment in group (P<0.05),results had statistical significance.Results patient's age, sex, size, cause of injuries in group (P>0.05) had no obvious difference.Conclusion:the factors of fractures type,surgical timing,quality of anatomical reduction,types of internal fixation of TileC pelvic fractures,postoperative complication,rehabilitating treatment can affect unstable pelvic fractures operation efficacy. We should definite pelvic fractures type,Choose appropriate surgical time,annatomical repositioning as soon as possible during an operation,early postoperative rehabilitation exercise.Thus,we can reduce long-dated postoperative complications probability,and raise the curative effect.
