Objective:Through observing seaweed mix glue fixation of bone in vitro Biomechanical Research, to further explore whether the seaweed mixed adhesive bonding of bone.Methods:1.Tensile stress test:Take the same size pig femoral cortical bone, were prepared 160 pairs of fracture block, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 80 and 80 on the right. Experimental group, sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and chondroitin sulfate hybrid gel (experimental glue) adhesive fixed, the control group with sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose mixed plastic (control gel) stick then fixed after the day of the test and were immersed in saline 1,2,3 weeks after the tensile stress intensity and compared.2. Torque experiment:The experiment gum the day of maximum torque 0.12±0.76 N·m, the week 0.19±0.14 N·m, two weeks to 0.15±0.08 N·m, for three weeks to 0.14±0.07 N·m; control gum the day was 0.03±0.02 N·m, the week 0.08±0.05 N·m, two weeks to 0.06±0.03 N·m, for three weeks to 0.05±0.02 N·m. Were on the same day, one week, two weeks, three weeks to reverse the experimental group and control group and the maximum torque angle, the difference was significant (P <0.01).②In the reverse experiment in two plastic maximum torque at fracture blocks are fixed within one week to reach a peak and then decline,The experimental group was significantly large compared with the control group.Conclusions:Sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and mixed cement ratio of chondroitin sulfate sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose gum mixture significantly enhance the bonding strength, its fixed with calcium chloride can effectively block a certain size of the fracture.
