MTT assay showed that Meloxicam inhibited the growth of CNE-1 cells in dose-dependant and time-dependant positive trend with blank control.2. AO+EB strain-ing show partial cells presented characteristic morphological changes of apoptosis. Flowcytometry analysis showed that treating CNE-1 cells with Meloxicam increased the percentage of apoptosis cells in dose-dependant and time-dependant positive trend with blank control.Compared with the control group,the apoptosis index and rate of experimental group had a great increase.3. Cell immunofluorescence revealed that Meloxicam decreaed the COX-2 expression in dose-dependant and time-dependant positive trend with blank control.There is significance between diferent concentration and time.Conclusion1. Meloxicam significantly inhibited the growth and induce apoptosis of CNE-1 cells in dose-dependant and time-dependant positive trend..2. Meloxicam inhibit CNE-1 cells expressing COX-2 in dose-dependant and time-dependant positive trend,.
