Objectives:Blood donation is the voluntary unpaid blood donation behavior. The10th International Red Cross Crescent stressed that "the blood of donors is priceless" in 1946.The International Committee of the Red Cross in 1948 clare that blood for clinical using should come from voluntary blood donation, the proposal was endorsed in many countries in the world .Through decades of practice and development, most countries and regions have transited to blood donation from paid blood donation, such as Switzerland, Japan, France, the United States and other countries. Currently, the Changchun Government has canceled the planned targets of mandatory blood donation, 100% of voluntary blood donation. The work of donors in the recruitment of voluntary blood donation is a very important part of the work, to my knowledge, above promblem is still lack in depth study in China. This paper main discussed the topics of blood donors recruited problems in Changchun research, analysis of its influencing factors, then provide a scientific basis for the recruitment strategies of blood donation in ChangChun.Materials and methods:The research random choose 88714 blood donation samples, the main source of information are relevant laws and regulations with the blood collection, blood donors information from computer datas in Jilin Blood Center,the donors health consult registration forms, blood donor questionnaires, quality requirements system documents and some variety of relevant literature. the research methods is that check the original investigation forms, analysis of the results,for Unpaid blood donors blood donation motivation and satisfaction factors, mainly through designing and recycling the questionnaire ,then analysis it.Results and Conclusions:The investigation results including the following:Blood donors population structure specific including age, gender, educational level, blood type, occupation, and organizational units; blood donors blood detection;the statistics proportion of 400ml blood donation situation; unpaid blood donors blood donation motivation factors and satisfaction. The survey found: the mainly blood donors is young people aged 20-30; male blood donors is more than female donors; the culture surveys of blood donors are shown followed in orderly: the university education, the middle school education and the high school education.The professional surveys of blood donors shown that the largest proportion profession is freelancers,indicating that the flow population of people is mainlye blood donor,followed by a larger proportion is students, consistent with previous reports.Analysis of blood discarded situation, the largest proportion is ALT factor influence, through anlaysising questionnaires found that a larger proportion is the first time blood donors, while the second and many times less than normal blood donors. Blood donation motives is the dedicating love.Combined satisfaction result of donor survey is 97.9%.Problem: Fixed blood donors percentage is too low.Satisfaction survey forms is simple. The propagandizing of blood donation knowledge is inadequate.Recommendation:1.Increasing advocacy of the knowledge of blood, the relevant laws and regulations policy.2. Carrying out more various of recruiting forms3. Arousing the enthusiasm of different blood donors aiming at different characteristics,and providing before and after blood donationg consulting service.4. Establishing donor databases and information files to associated with them.5. Establishing volunteer teams and carrying out special blood donation project6. Establishing and implementing "the blood emergency plan" to ensure the clinical blood supply.7. Understanding donors demanding and blood donation knowledge level of citizens by unregularly carrying out social investigation, further improving the service,better reserving quantity of blood donors.
