Analysis Of Health Situation Of The Working Group From The Faw In Changchun

With the improvement of people's living,the incidence of chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipemia,stone disease, gallbladder, fatty liver disease, etc, and the incidence of age increased significantly reduced gradually, They are serious threats to people's health. Health of workers is the guarantees for development of the enterprise,conducting periodic health inspection, screening health problems of the workers and risk factors are important means of strategy of formulating and implementing effective health education. This study aims to master health status of workers and provides the basis for formulating and implementing target-oriented prevention, diagnosis, health education and health promotion strategies through the analysis of medical material of FAW workers.This study collected the healthy medical information of FAW workers about 24 220 cases in the FAW General Hospital medical centers in 2009 ,and investigated the blood pressure, blood chemistry, ultrasound and BMI indicators examination results. Double entry method used to establish EPIDATE3.01 databases, and then analyzed abnormal data which were relative risk factors and incidence of these factors of diseases by SSPS13.0 software.There were 16504 male workers and 7716 female workers in body exam group. age from 20 to 60 years old, mean age was 34.2±14.1 years.The survey showed that the incidence of abnormal results in FAW employees about hypertension, hyperlipidemia (triglycerides, cholesterol, and both elevated), high blood sugar, body mass index (BMI), serum uric acid, alanine aminotransferase, hemoglobin, stones (gallstones and kidney stones), cysts (liver cysts and renal cysts), and fatty liver were 11.71%, (34.11%, 26.41%, 15.20%), 12.73%, 8.07%, 12.55%, 18.03 %, (0.74%, 0.31%), (1.71%, 0.95%) and 9.64% in physical examination of detection. In addition to anemia, abnormal detection rate targets, the rest have shown that abnormal results happened were higher in male than in female,and the difference had statistic significance. The detection rate of abnormal indicators in the distribution of different age groups also showed statistically significant differences. With increasing age,the detection rate of abnormal indicators tended to increase. The analysis about BMI showed that on the side of overweight and obesity, the detection rate in men is 40.12%, females is 28.52%, males were significantly higher than females. The incidence of abnormal results in overweight and obesity group with hypertension,hyperlipidemia,hyperglycemia,fatty liver were significantly higher than normal weight people.BMI and TG between workers and the persons in office were significantly differences, BMI of workers was higher than the persons in office. Correlative analysis among hyperlipidemia, high blood sugar and blood pressure showed that the incidence of hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia in blood pressure groups was higher than normal groups. Correlative analysis among Hyperlipidemia, hyperglycemia, fatty liver showed that the incidence of hyperglycemia, hypertension, fatty liver in high blood cholesterol group was significantly higher than the incidence of blood lipids in normal group.The survey found that Hyperlipidemia, fatty liver, hypertension, high blood sugar is the main factors of influening the health of FAW employees.In workers of FAW, improving the bad lifestyle, reasonable diet, regular exercise, quit alcohol limit, mental balance are the fundamental strategy of health education. Health education is to improve the health of workers as a major economic and efficient means. FAW enterprise should carry out regular health checks for workers, so that early discovery, early diagnosis and early treatment, the interests of safeguarding about the health of workers should be placed an important position. Continuous improvement through health education, disease prevention and health workers in the scientific level of knowledge and to health education throughout the entire examination process, the timely feedback of the physical examination of each health examination, good follow-up and health guidance.
