The purpose of the Chinese as a foreign language teaching is to train the students abroad to use Chinese fluently in the cross-culture communication, to improve their Chinese level, and to deepen their comprehension and cognition. A Chinese address term is the first information in the cross-culture communication. A suitable address term lays a good foundation for the following communication. So the studies of Chinese address terms can indicate the right usage for us to follow. Meanwhile it makes a big promotion for the development of the theory and practice of the address terms in the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language (TCFL), analyzes and summarizes the situation of the Japanese students abroad in Chinese'address terms study.On the foundation of existing studies, this thesis exams the situation of the study of Chinese address terms which the Japanese students abroad have, names over the different kinds of errors and analyzes them, and summarizes the contents of the teaching of Chinese address terms. Focusing on the way of Chinese address terms teaching, this thesis presents the appropriate and feasible teaching strategies and modes. This thesis includes four chapters.Preface The preface is consisted of three sections. Section One introduces the suppose and the meaning of this discussion, pinpoints the value of this study. Section Two expounds the exact progress of this study, makes a solid basis by the description of it. Section Three introduces the studying methods and the sources of this topic, shows that this thesis collects documents with the literature material law, collects the errors with the interviewing method, writes with the description and comparative law. And this section presents the sources of all the relative monographs, thesises and terms which are quoted in this thesis.Chapter One is the summary of Chinese address terms which is consisted of three sections. Section One introduces and summarizes the definition of the address terms of this thesis by analyzing the various views. Section Two mainly classifies Chinese address terms, points out that Chinese address terms can be divided into two groups:kinship terms and social relation terms. Section Three analyzes the various elements which influence the selection of the address terms in daily communication.Chapter Two introduces Japanese students abroad the errors in studying Chinese address terms. This chapter is divided into two sections. Section One names over the different styles of errors, including homograph terms errors, errors of using similar or related terms, errors of extensively-used kinship address terms, the errors of social relation terms. Section Two analyzes the reasons of all these errors that consists of the influence of negative transfer of mother tongue, the inaccurate understanding of the features of the vocabulary in Chinese address terms, the inaccurate understanding of extensively-used kinship address terms, the inaccurate understanding of the specific address terms in Chinese culture background.Chapter Three introduces the contents of the Chinese address terms teaching to Japanese students abroad. This chapter is divided into two sections. Section One collects all the Chinese address terms from different textbooks about Chinese for foreign communication and the Vocabulary Level Outline, sums up the total vocabulary of Chinese address terms. Section Two summarizes and analyzes the features of Chinese address terms on the basis of section one.Chapter Four includes the methods of Chinese address terms teaching to Japanese students abroad. It consists of two sections. Section One shows how to branch out the teaching of Chinese address terms according to the existing textbook of Chinese for foreign communication which includes the contents of texts, vocabularies, annotations and exercises. Section Two pays close attention to how teachers carry on the teaching of Chinese address terms. According to the phasal features and hierarchic features of Chinese address terms, teaching by bringing the in and out of class education into a close union is necessary.Conclusion The last part of this thesis gives a brief summary and shows the deficiencies caused by the objective conditions.Anyway, this thesis supports some significative information and suggestion by studying the teaching of Chinese address terms to Japanese students abroad. It is expected that this thesis may help other teachers conduct their teaching and carry on the studies. |
