As the working language of teaching staff in vocal music, the language of Chinese must be articulate and precise. But in Fujian, for the complicated regional dialects and a big phonetic difference between them, the linguistic problem that how to pronounce every word correctly and in a sweet, mellow voice in singing has become the greatest anxiety for the teaching staff in vocal music. To gain a mastery of the mandarin Chinese is essential for the musical education in school, especially for the teaching in vocal music. So correcting the language concepts and strengthening the language habits in the training of singing languages, is demanded not only in the training lessons of singing languages but also in the teaching of vocal music. The author analyzes the historical background of the formation, distribution, spread and cultural origins of the Fujian mandarin, finds out the historical reasons of the formation of the Fujian mandarin, and compares the relation between it and the Chinese mandarin with the relation between it and the singing language roundly, with the universality of the mandarin Chinese and the regional particularity of Fujian, from the aspects of improving the ability in managing words in the singing course. With the linguistic requirement in singing, utilizing the pronunciation and articulation rule of singing languages, the author discusses the training methods of the Fujian mandarin pertinently, and sorts out the works with better training effects systematically, which aims at improving the linguistic condition and changing voice concepts for the learners in vocal music of Fujian secondly vocational schools. And he also helps them overcome every obstruction in the training of languages in singing, enhance the performancing ability of singing languages, gain the initial impressions of pronouncing every word correctly and in a sweet, mellow voice required in singing, and lay a solid linguistic foundation for the singing arts with a good voice and much emotion.
