With the rapid development of the informative society, how to maintain the diversity and sustainable development of the multi-ethnic traditional culture is an urgent subject in the process of modernization, internationalization and globalization. The Mongolian of Xingmeng went into the cultural circle of Yi Nationality from the north plateau and have been living there for 750 years. With the changes of their lifestyles, the production mode and the long-term contacts with their neighbors, the form and function of their clothing style, accessories and color changed and formed unique Mongolian costumes. This better reflected the development of the nation's culture in its long-term migration, the collision of its culture with other cultures, their exchange, mutual absorption and integration. The evolution of Mongolian national dress in Xingmeng town is both natural and originally ecological. While it is constantly exchanging and integrating with the neighboring nations, this nation extends its own culture. It should be said that this is a typical representative of the migration and cultural evolution of most national dresses. With the reform of opening outside and deepening exchange with the north Mongolian in the last 20 years, the national consciousness of local people are also increasingly strengthened. They not only identify themselves as "Mongolian", but also recognize the changes the objective environment brings to them. Therefore, while they are remembering and reserving tradition, they agree to accept the innovation. Both of these run along their identity. This process is the result of their own choice. This forms another cultural circle "integrating but being different."'he northern Mongolian and the local people live another lifestyle of the Mongols. Thus, whether from the perspective of sociology, ethnology, cultural anthropology, cultural arts, folklore, etc. or from the perspective rejuvenating of the folk arts, ethnic culture, art, art design, the Mongolian national costumes are of high research value. Therefore, based onthe in-depth field research in Xingmeng town of Tonghai, the author systematically combs and compares the similarities and differences between the Mongolian women's traditional clothing and the Mongolian costumes Xingmeng town women wear. On the basis of this, the author analyzes the changes of the cultural aesthetic psychology caused by the fact that the Mongolian costumes of Xingmeng town women's are influenced by the geographical environment, the production, the lifestyle as well as the continuous integration of the national culture. Finally the author puts forward the idea of the inheritance and development of Mongolian women's costumes in Xingmeng town in the process of the modernization.
