Whereas Strategies of the Warring States which fully demonstrates performances of political strategists is not finished before the Pre-Qin Period; instead, it is accomplished in West Han Dynasty.Strategies of the Warring States recorded abundance of lobbying of political strategists. It can be regarded as one of the few precious recordings of splendid Warring States history for us to investigate. Nevertheless, many historians in different periods believed it not-so-authentic. Form Liu Xiang's Index of Strategies of the Warring States it comes to a decision that materials from unauthentic history, NiTuo Wen, has already been existed when he compiled. From the perspective of Warring States history study, these NiTuo Wen lessen the value of Strategies of the Warring States to some extent, but for choices of some literature devices, it greatly accelerates its literary value and also influence the afterward literary writings from several aspects. This dissertation, based on the NiTuo Wen from Strategies of the Warring States, analyzes the NiTuo Wen in details and then further probes into its literary features and effects to the afterwards literature. The structure of the dissertation is carried out according to these main problems to arrange chapters.Chapter One is the introduction consisting of three parts: firstly it is the description of the general Strategies of the Warring States, including status of complete recordings, materials inside the recordings, and the NiTuo Wen's existence and value in the Strategies of the Warring States on the whole. Then it investigates the meaning of the study on Strategies of the Warring States, including significant historical meaning and essential literature meaning, which is the focus, especially the NiTuo Wen's ample literariness it embodies. And it generally combs the current study of NiTuo Wen in Strategies of the Warring States and briefly explains the research method.Chapter Two is the analysis of NiTuo Wen on a case by case basis. It divides into two parts: investigation of the amount and types of NiTuo Wen in Strategies of the Warring States, and further analysis of causes of Strategies of the Warring States's NiTuo Wen.Chapter three is the analysis of literary features. NiTuo Wen embodies several literary features, but in this dissertation the investigation will be carried out from three aspects: plot, character's image and language features.Chapter Four deals with the literary effect from NiTuo Wen in Strategies of the Warring States. Definitely, there are many aspects to demonstrate the effect. Hereby it takes two perspective to probe into the effect: effect towards the Shi Ji(Historical Records) and effect towards the Han'Rhapsody.Strategies of the Warring States possesses so abundant literary features that the study on it is necessary and meaningful. This dissertation aims to analyze the literary features and then the influence over the literature later ages, through combing of the NiTuo Wen in Strategies of the Warring States, which could enrich the study on Strategies of the Warring States.
