Oral ability is the ultimate goal of teaching Chinese as a foreign language(TCFL), and overseas students eager to use Chinese to express, in the meantime, in their daily work and studies in China ,the most frequently used is oral Chinese, so Chinese oral language classes became the most important class type in TCFL. However, at present, there are many shortcomings in our oral Chinese teaching classes, for example, oral Chinese classes tend to become an intensive reading class, without highlighting the characteristics of oral Chinese classes, leading to the students don't pay enough attention to oral Chinese class; Oral class hours is not enough, and oral ability is one of the most important language skills, but oral class hours cannot become direct ratio with its importance, also unable to fully satisfy the need of students' daily communication; Psychological barrier of small number of learners' make oral teaching class can not make every one get the chance of speak in the limited time . In addition, the traditional method in oral teaching class and fixed teaching mode problems make the effect of oral teaching class not that good. For the reasons above, and the number of overseas Chinese learners increase sharply, so make the TCFL oral teaching based on network become "hot", such as Learn Chinese Online, Confucius institute Online, Popup Chinese, etc. The rise of these websites, to a certain extent, really very effectively solves the traditional problems in the oral class, also is a complementary to the oral teaching classroom. But after all oral teaching based on network just start, with many defects needed improve urgently. While oral English study in China has been received great thermal holding, appearing the "the whole people learn English", and the oral English teaching websites appeared much earlier than oral Chinese website, therefore many successful experiences of oral English network teaching are well worth studying for us. This paper first analyzes the network foreign language teaching status, advantages and disadvantages, then investigates the several typical popular oral English teaching websites, analyzes the reasons of its predominance and success. At last, introduces the situation of oral Chinese teaching in classroom and oral Chinese teaching in the websites, in the meantime, the author finds out it is necessary to learn the successful experiences of oral English teaching in the network in the future development of oral Chinese teaching in the network, also put forward some ideas and Suggestions. The author thinks that it should add interactive elements in oral Chinese teaching in the network, for example set up robot teachers for network interactive classroom; Trying to create a vivid oral Chinese study atmosphere; Pay attention to do fun in the process of learning; Open professional oral Chinese teaching project to meet different learners' learning purposes.
