The Effectivity Of Rorschach Ink-blot Method (rim) In Psychological Diagnosis

Combination of SCL-90,emotional experiment and clinical case study explore the psychological Rorschach ink-blot Methord(RIM) the validity of diagnosis.The research methods use the experiment and case analysis.The first part concerns the literature review, mainly from the RIM and the comprehensive system of historical development of clinical diagnostic applications at home and abroad are reviewed.The second part concerns research methods. The research methods are divided into the three parts:they are the comparative study between RIM and SCL-90,emotional experimental and clinical case analysis, which verify RIM in clinical psychological diagnosis and assessment of the accuracy and validity.Study I:The results showed that two groups of students significant mean difference in 16 important variables: W:(D+Dd),DQ+,DQv,Zd,PSV, FQo,FQu,FQ-, WSUM6, D, es, Ego, Hx, MOR, PER,COP,Food.Discriminat Analysis was conducted. Discriminat equations based on these 16 variables could effectively discriminate the features of the normal and abnormal students; Study II: This study selected video clips to induce happy, sad, fear three basic emotions ,with multi-channel physiological recorders on eight physiological measurements and recordings.Extracted from Rorschach comprehensive system of 13 mainly sentimental indicators : FQxu, FQx-, MOR, PER, SUMT, WSUM6, FC, Afr, AB + ART + AY, SUMH, AN+XY and Ego and watched the video when the emotional physiological recording a significant correlation occured. FQxu, FQx-, MOR and PER and finger pulse were significantly correlated; FQxu, FC, WSUM6 ,AB+ART+AY and skin conductance was significantly correlated; FQx-,AN+XY,Ego,MOR and ECG correlated; PER and FC and heart rate were significantly Related; pulse and AN+XY significant correlation; StudyIII: Using of RIM testing, scoring and interpretation described a diagnosis case.As the results, Rorschach scores related information processing, cognitive changing, concept formation, stress tolerance and control,mood,self-perception and interpersonal perception seven indicators of psychological functions were more than the norm.So the case was diagnosed for the emotional depression.After Rorschach test, the case was diagnosed depression by the experienced psychiatrist.And the results of SDS and SAS were positive.It could be said RIM in clinical psychological diagnosis and assessment is valid.Rorschach comprehensive system is validated in the mental diagnosis of effectiveness and possibilities by three kinds of measurements,experiments,clinical diagnosis. This affirms the validity of the Rorschach test in clinic psychology health.
