Ming-"Hu.lun sibu"are more powerful tribal forces in the northeast of China. All of their predecessors had been a long process of migration. The area where they lived generations was removed toward south, and gradually close to Kaiyuan then finally settled near edge fortification. With the pace of their south, their relationship with the Ming Dynasty was increasingly close, for the impact of the situation in the Northeast was also growing. Following the eradition by Nurhaci integrated into the Jurchen statehood, becoming the main part of the Manchu Qing Dynasty. Thus, the study of southward migration of"Hu-lun sibu"is relative to the situation in the Northeast Ming Dynasty and the formation and development process of Manchus .However, due to the factors that brief documents of the Ming and Qing dynasties, modern scholars for the Hu-lun sibu slightly less concerned about the history.Huifa Department was one of the Hu-lun sibu. For its southward migration process, there is only a brief historical description of the Qing Dynasty. In order to understand the history of its development and growth, it is very necessary to explore this process carefully. However, "Huifa" this title does not appear in the Ming Dynasty historical data, and it is also very briefly in the Qing Dynasty, so the discussion of its ancestral lineage is the first issue. After comparison, Ming Feihewei head lineage and Qing compound Huifa descent are very similar. In addition, according to Ming historical data of Feihewei finds its broad range of activities recorded in the final clues based on time series into its southward migration process.Huifa forefathers lived in Nyimacha area for generations, and in the period of ancestor Xingguli they began to move south. The process was divided into two parts, the chiefs were two sons of Xingguli, Hahachan and Bichan. Each of them received a bonus from Ming dynasty, and established Feihewei and Ouhanhewei in Feiketu river basin of Songhua River tributary and Ougen river basin of Hulan River tributary. And then they left this place, moved to the near-edge region and, ultimately, removed to Huerqi Hill Urban of Huifa River, built villages and lived down during the period of Wangjinu, claiming to be Baylor. Thirty-five years to the Wanli (1607) for the eradication of Nurhachi, the Ministry of minority scattered all over and finally integrated into the Manchu Qing Dynasty. The southward migration of Huifa Department and the whole Hercynian Nuzhen is a profound historical background. At the initial establishment of Ming Dynasty attached great importance to the stability of the Northeast, so take a very active policy to pacify the region's ethnic minorities, which also set the policy tone of Nuergan for the entire Ming Dynasty. Jurchen through the horse business and tribute policies had been a very substantial benefits, which essentially has greatly enhanced the enthusiasm of Jurchen south, these economic benefits had become the core of the reasons for its south. After the establishment of Feihewei, met with the invasion forces from Mongolia. A Lutai east first, then fought with Wulianghasanwei, and later the Ministry of harassment was Wala, although there were different degrees of resistance of Feihewei, at last was forced to move south. It can be said that the invasion of the Mongols directly pushed the the southward of Feihewei and other Jurchen tribal.
