The negative transfer of mother tongues is often mentioned in the context of bilingualism, especially when Chinese native speakers learn Japanese, because both languages use Chinese characters. However, bilingualism can also lead to language transfer from one mother tongue to another, and the negative transfer of Japanese to Chinese also depends on the Chinese characters to a large extent. In a mock conference organized by the teacher,I found that kanji words appeared frequently, and the occasions in which I made mistakes were often scenes in which I was confronted with kanji words, and upon further investigation,I found that many kanji words also had a positive influence on the output of the translated language. In this paper,we take a mock session of Prime Minister Abe's policy speech as an example,in which a large number of kanji words are involved, and only 23 examples are cited in the paper. After analyzing the translations, the author finds that many errors appear in the kanji words, but there are also quite a few kanji words that have a positive effect on the translations. Therefore, the author decides to analyze the categories of kanji words in the cases and propose the effects of kanji words on the translations, that is,the positive and negative migration of bilingualism into the mother tongue, and finally proposes strategies to deal with the negative migration phenomenon in order to improve the code-switching rate of kanji words in simultaneous transmission.Improving the quality of the transliterated language.Through the transcription and analysis of the source language and the translated language, the positive migration is divided into homomorphic synonyms, which increase fluency and accuracy, and Japanese words, which increase fidelity, and negative migration is divided into homomorphic non-synonyms,which decrease fluency and accuracy, and non-homomomomorphic words, which cause unclear word meanings. Finally, three strategies are proposed to deal with the phenomenon of negative migration.Firstly,to establish the awareness of not copying Chinese words;secondly,to strengthen the practice of rapid response of Chinese words;thirdly,to focus on the learning and use of language blocks.
