A Research On West Reporters' Activities In China During The Period Of Anti-japanese War

It laid the economic foundation of China's Anti-Japanese War. During the period of anti-Japanese war, the western reporter had left behind many monographs which promoted the cultural exchanging between Chinese and foreign countries.The western reporters had made positive contributions for the Chinese anti-Japanese War in many aspects. They propagandized the Chinese anti-Japanese War positively, promoted various countries system to help China, and caused that international societies'people sympathized and supported widespreadly Chinese people's struggles against Japan. Western reporters had broken Kuomintang's information blockade, had carried on the positive, objective reports to anti-Japanese War led by the Chinese Communist Party, and caused that the Chinese Communist Party won international appreciation and supports gradually. By their activities in China, the western reporters had restricted the anti-communism schemes of Kuomintang authority, and had consolidated the Anti-Japanese National United Front.
