Research Of Products Design Based On The Behavior Of Children

In modern society, products have become a part of people's life style, nonliving products have combined with human behavior. The final aim of products design is human, thereby the product design starts from the research of human's needs and from the consideration of human's manner of behavior. The definition of manner of behavior is one kind of society phenomena of human's certain activities or manners which is from the processing of recognization and changing the world for some certain reasons. Children, they are in the immaturity phase from both psychologies and physics, thus their behavior is not subjective comparing with independent adults. Children are in the period of individual consumptive phase, at most of the time, what they consume is chosen by the adults, their abilities of purchase and desires of purchasing depend on their parents. Therefore, many children's products emphasize particularly on the requirements of parents, ignore the children's, this fact could effect on the children's development of body and mind. The behavior of consumer, products and environment are a relative system, the research of consumers'activities is the start and the end of products design, the aim of product design is to satisfy the multiplicity of requirements of consumers in maximization. Children's growth is a very long development, and combines with many different age phases which are relative and special. According to this variety of specialties and needs, the environment has to provide the necessary supports. Once one section has problems, it will affect the health of children's body and mind directly. Therefore, the children products design must consider their different requirements in different age phases, the children products design has to accord to the children's characteristics in both psychological and physical side, this could show the respect and love to children.The elements of modeling of children's products design include shapes, color and material. The relationship between children's products and children is dependent and conditioned, this kind of relationship display modality of children's products normally. The function of children's products will be achieved only through the children's usage, however, weather children could use the products correctly and efficiently, it lies on the matching of children's products and characteristics of development in children's body and mind. The color design for the children's products plays a very important role in the growth of children, the particularity of children's psychology and physics make the children's products particular. Children have different cognize mentality and taste character in different periods, as well as the recognized level of color. Material plays an important role in children's products, the different materials may stimulate different feelings of children. The physiological and psychological properties of material can train children's touch feeling. The physical properties of materials can provide the child with visual experience. At the same time, safety and environmental protection properties of materials is also very important in the use of children's products.On the basis of analyzing consumer's behavior in chapter II of this article, study the children's consumption psychology and behavior; in chapter III microscopic study characteristics and living environment and social environment of children in the range of different age by combining behavior and lifestyle of children, probe into the relationship between children's behavior and product design; in Chapter IV,V summarize the form elements of children's products and design principle, and explore general approach of children's products design ,On this basis, design analysis and practice.
