Superimpose The Image Of Youth

There is neither clear definition nor systematic research and combing to the youth movie or the teen movie in current theory horizon. But this kind of movie which is with the object of the young people is always occupying an important position in Mainland China movie history. From the old society's "Awakening and Revolt" youth to the "Seventeen Years movie" revolutionary youth, from the seventies and eighties'" reflection" to the nineties's confused and rebellious or the diversification youth theme's expression, youth film is always displaying the different landscape within and-outside the screen.In this paper, the research object is the mainland youth film,using the narrative theory, combing with the mainland youth film based on the change theme, exploring the unique narrative motif "dream and seek", "cruel youth", "deconstruction and rebel", "goodbye youth", then analyzing the narrative perspective, narrative structure and characters evolution. In the end, on the basis of comparison with the Japanese film and US youth film, prospecting the development of mainland youth film's future, hoping to do innovative and breakthroughs based on the previous studies, and contribute little to the practice and theory of youth film.
