This paper mainly studies military theme teleplays in the new century, which occupy half of the present television screens. Its prosperity is no accident. Instead, it is due to the synthetic action of national policy adjustment changed TV theme patterns, ripe production team, fitting psychology of the audience, and the network playing an important part, etc. Military theme teleplays in this stage show new features, such as, adjusting expressions of mainstream ideology, adding elements of popular culture, integrating with various elements.
