Henan Province holds an important position in China`s political history, military history and cultural history. In recent years, with social progress, economic development, policy tilt, the government officials in various regions strengthen the "hardware" construction actively, at the same time, effort to tap the unique resources of local cultural centers to play the "software" card, which provides a relatively relaxed environment for the social rehabilitation and development of the secular folk beliefs.The Xun County Temple Fair based on the environment, as representative of the traditional customs of Shang Dynasty, has developed rapidly, which not only applies to become a member of the national intangible cultural heritage directory, but also attracts more people around to participate in actively. The reason, in addition to the social environment influence, is the temple fair itself, the bearer of the gods worshiped by their source of life, and all this is built on the natural evolution and selection of Chinese culture for thousands of years. Gods worship as an important part of folk belief, how to treat it in the minds of the general public, and how it affects the weight of their psychological structure, value orientation, personality characteristic, is a good way to know them. Only the deep excavation, scientific analysis and reasonable interpretation of its internal structure characteristic, can it have a more realistic understanding of, and can better promote their healthy development. Characteristics of the deep structure can be summed up as humanistic care which reflected in the folk beliefs themselves. Their thought kernel is "life foremost" and "people oriented", with the form of concepts to emphasis on fertility, treat life well, reverence for their ancestors. On the one hand, they are profoundly impacted by the ideology and culture of China, on the other hand, with the development of society, interaction and balance may appear among the country worship, social change, interest links, community development, nation society, religious ecology and so on. On this basis, a certain degree of conflict and dialogue has been taking place between Eastern civilization and Western civilization, and the folk beliefs continue to persist in the modern sense of the expression .We could understand it better and reveal the nature of human aspirations that set up the communications. In a word, we view the Xun County Temple Fair gods worship as the base to acquaint China culture. Through the detailed study of the relationship between it and other elements, we can not only grasp the core of this belief, humanistic care , but also get a point of Chinese civilization to understand the Henan region and even the whole country, which is a kind of culture conscious.
