Shaanxi Women's Periodicals And Research On Shaanxi Women's Movement In The Early Period Of The Anti-Japanese War

During the war that resistant against Japanese aggression,Chinese people were all united to fight for the national liberation.And there were more and more women organizations that resist Japan establishing in Shaanxi Province in answer to the call of the Chinese Women's Movement.Those organizations aim to mobilize women in Shaanxi Province to participate in the war that resistant against Japanese aggression and obtain women's liberation.Besides,there are also more and more women journals establishing in Shaanxi Province.However,there are only two women journals that were established only for women in Shaanxi Province during the early period of the Counter-Japanese War,the "Wartime Women" and "Northwestern Women".The two journals took charge of significant mission of mobilizing women in Shaanxi to participate in the Counter-Japanese War and obtaining women's liberation.They not only provide a platform for women organizations in Shaanxi to communicate and exchange experience,but also lead the women's liberation movement in Shaanxi in the right way.To win the national liberation war,the "Wartime Women" and "Northwestern Women" mobilized women in Shaanxi to actively participated in the Counter-Japanese War and persuaded them fighting in the front line and making contribution in the home line.They show the whole picture of women's movement in war of resistance against aggression around the world and also build a bridge for women working for women organizations to communicate and exchange experience by reporting the mobilization and the specific methods of women in the Anti-Fascist War in Shaanxi Province,at home and abroad.Besides,they also put up with suggestions for women organizations in Shaanxi.For example,they suggest that women organizations training more women cadres and mobilizing housewives in rural areas in China to take part in the Counter-Japanese War.In this way,the two journals points out the direction for Counter-Japanese national salvation movement in Shaanxi.What's more,in "Wartime Women" and "Northwestern Women",a series of theoretical articles have been published to discuss the preconditions of women's liberation in Shaanxi Province from the aspects of women's methods of striving for political participation,women's occupation movement,women's education,women's liberation,etc.In this way,the two journals points out the direction of Shaanxi women's liberation movement in the early period of the war that resistant against Japanese aggression.As the two journals were established during the Counter-Japanese War,their discussion of women's liberation in Shaanxi finally comes down to "all for the war of resistance","only the nation is saved,can Chinese women be liberated"."Wartime Women" and "Northwestern Women" set up examples of excellent women taking part in the war that resistant against Japanese aggression to mobilize women in Shaanxi.Besides,they only choose the news that allow the triumph of the Counter-Japanese War to build women's confidence to win the war.Besides,the two journals mobilize women to take part in the Counter-Japanese War by using festival anniversary as well as publishing literary and artistic works.The texts of "Northwestern Women" are colloquial rather than literacy.And in this way,the two journals are popular among women in Shaanxi Province.All in all,"Wartime Women" and"Northwestern Women" have successfully mobilized the enthusiasm of Women in Shaanxi Province to participate in the war that resistant against Japanese aggression.They also provided effective working methods for women organizations in Shaanxi Province,and promoted the development of women's movement in Shaanxi Province to a certain extent.
