This study, by consulting relevant references, the thorough understanding academic procrastination, academic procrastination meet, time management tendency, on the basis of junior middle school students in school for research subjects, inspects the junior high school of delaying situation and characteristics, and discusses the academic procrastination, delay meet and time management disposition relation.One of the research is try to use Conducted Academic Delay Scale (PASS) measured 400 junior high school students, analyzes the overall condition that delay of the junior high school students' work , and the related demography variables for analysis, understand the differences between junior high school students' academic procrastination characteristics. Another research is use Academic Delay Scale (PASS), Youth Time Management Disposition Scale (ATMD) and Academic Delay Scale (ADOGS) measured 400 junior high school students, then analyzed and discussed the relationships between them.(1) Overall, the circumstance of junior high school students' academic procrastination is more common, but the degree not serious, in addition, what is noteworthy is the junior middle school students whose the wishes to reduce delay behavior stronger.(2) The students' performance are significant difference grades in Junior High School Students' Delay Degree Scale , but the performance is not significant difference in Delaying Troubles and Delay Reduced Desire Scale ; the performance is significant different in junior high school students who have different academic achievements at Delay Degree and Delay Troubles Scales, but the performance is not significant difference at Desire Delay Reduced Scales; the performance is significant different at different parental relationship in Delaying Degree Scale and Delay Troubles Scale, but the performance is not significant difference at Desire Delay Reduced Scales; the performance is not significant difference with different schools located in Delaying Degree Scale and Delay Troubles Scale, but the performance is significant difference at Desire Delay Reduced Scales.(3) Junior high school students' school work procrastination and time management tendency have exist a significant negative correlation, and academic studies delay and delay satisfy have exist a significant negative correlation, time management disposition and academic delay have exist a significant positive correlation. (4) Academic delay plays a partial intermediary role in time management tendency to satisfy the influence of academic delay, on the one hand, time management tendency can directly influence the academic protracted; on the other hand, time management through academic tendency to delay satisfies as the mediating role to indirect effect on academic delay.
