Along with the co-existence of diversification in the world, and the increasing opportunities for international communication and cooperation. People have a deeper understanding of cross-cultural communication ,and pay more attention to the role of cultural differences in communication. Little known about other cultures causes unnecessary misunderstanding and conflict in communication.The manner of human communication is divided into two kinds, verbal and non-verbal.About 7% of human communication is completed by verbal behavior, the rest is finished by non-verbal behavior.So non-verbal behavior plays an very important role in the research of non-verbal communication still has many problems,whether at home and abroad ,such as the present research is just limited in the description and summary of most people's behaviors.In their culture but if the unexpected situation happens,we can hardly cope with.By studying and learning from the previous knowledge and experience,this article puts forward the understanding about the concept of non-Verbal behavior and the brief introduction to the theory. especially the deep analysis to the cultural difference. Because of the historical isses between China and Mongolia, their international relationship is unusual. In the process of international friendlly communication, although the two countries both belong to Asia area,and have many simila non-verbal be-haviors, they also exist many cultural differences.in the performance of non-verbal behavior,because of national traditions,custom habits and so on.This paper makes a classification comparision about the form of non-verbal behavior between China and Mongolia,and hope to provide valuable,practical reference to the future friendly communication between China and Mongolia.It also puts forward some Simple introduction of using nonverbal behaviour in teaching Chinese as a foreign language ,hoping to make the Foreign Chinese classroom activity vivid and dramatic ,also help to the successful spreading of Chinese culture .
