Study Of Japan-Wang Treaty Relations(1940-1945)

Since Wang Jin-wei established the "National Government of Republic of China" in March 30,1940, to Chen Gongbo announced the dissolution of the "national government" in August 16,1945. During this time, Relations between Japan-Wang was divided into two phases according to the "Treaty on Basic Relations" and "alliance Treaty ".In first stage,Through signing the "Treaty on Basic Relations" between Wang Puppet Regime and Japan, Japan kept down vast privileges in political, economic, diplomatic and financial field. In the second stage,Through signing the "Treaty of Alliance",Wang and Japan established "equal relations", Japan abandoned some interests and rights in China.
