After the "Ming-chi Reform" , "make a show of Japanese strength " in Japan went more and more stronger day by day. The next big country - Qing lose battle in the twice Opium War, this let Japan knew that gunboat diplomacy was the best diplomacy. From long term, the fist step of its"continent policy" was firstly invaded Korea. It' s the gangplank to dominate Asia in the future. Then the first capitalism country in Asia, Japan, it was urgent to launch a war to start overseas market and transfer internal crises. But it must face to the subordinate relations between China and Korea. This also was the biggest obstruction of invading rode. Japan would face to the intense colliding between two systems in modern times of Asia. Treaty of Jiang hua-dao, which was signed in February 26,1876, made Japan step the fist step to invade Korea , it produced a profound effect in history. Korea always look upon Qing as "higher country" , in accordance with the unequal treaty , what did Korea got from Qing government ? Support? Fight? Or other opts? What' s the role did Qing government and Li hong-zhang played on the sign of the Treaty of Jiang hua-dao, which was signed in February 26th, 1876. Whether they had"advised" Korea to sign it with Japan according with the popular viewpoint in history? From the re-discussion of the fact, we can see that there are errors about the version of the "advice" . Qing proceeded from subordinate relations and scrupulously abided by promise under it that Qing never interfere the internal affairs, this changed in 1882 "Ren-wu mutiny" .When the treaty was signed, Qing had many diplomacy affairs to deal with and had no time to take into account of it.
