| In this paper, the author have invested comparatively the vocabularies of Experience Chinese and Happy Journey Across China Chinese textbook from the aspects of the quantity of words, words selection, part of speech, words explaination and words exercise,ect. Through research, the author pointed out that the lack of them, also put forward suggestions for improvement.The author hope to provide a reference for the future reversion of these two sets of textbooks as well as the written of new Chinese textbooks for thai high school students in the future:In the aspect of words quantity,these two sets of textbooks are kind of large.To make the current textbooks more fit the situation of Chinese teaching in thailand,the author recommended that the quantity of vocabularies of the first two academic years should be controlled in 1150 words.In the aspect of words selection,we should regards the "Outline" as a reference,at the same time, pay attention to both contemporary situation and country-specifics.In the aspect of the part of speech, Experience Chinese should learn from Happy Journey Across China and mark every new words.In the aspect of words explainnation,the methods of explaination of these two sets of textbooks are too simple and inefficient.The author proposed a "multi-modal explaination" Principle.In the aspect of words exercise, the textbooks should learn from each other, and actively practice and absorbe the design advantages of other Chinese textbooks.As two comprehensive elementary Chinese textbooks for the same country, the overall frameworks of these two sets of textbooks are relatively similar, but detailed analysis down, there are still obvious differences in the above aspects.Overall, the former is more fit the actual situation of Chinese teaching in Thailand. And have a lot of advantages for the latter to learn. |
