Investigation And Analysis On Lack Of Teaching Resource Of Chinese International Promotion And Empolyment Of Graduates Of TCFL

Since Zhou Enlai ordered that "Intensive Chinese Major Class for East European Exchange Students" be established in Tsinghua in 1950, Chinese international promotion has gone through sixty-one years. Especially in 2005, Xu Lin, director of the Office of Chinese Language Council brought up the slogan "Six Changes" in the first World Chinese Conference, which was a symbol of Chinese promotion entering a new period of developing with leaps and bounds. With the constant efforts of Chinese promotors generation after generation, Chinese promotion in our country has achieved world notable achievements.However, there are lots of problems hidden behind the achievements, especially the lack of teacher resource among the "Three Problems about Teaching", which greatly limits the healthy development of Chinese promotion. In order to solve such a problem, the nation and various universities are constantly recruiting more and more students majoring in TCFL. However, this doesn't make any changes about the lack of teacher resources. What's worse, it causes that students majoring in TCFL hard to find a job related to his own major.By nanlyzing such a problem, this paper is trying to find the cause of the problem and solutions to deal with it. In this way, the bottleneck problem of Chinese promotion can be eliminated, students majoring in TCFL can find a good job related to their major after graduation, and our "National Career" can be strengthened.
