Native Chinese teachers are the main force of the world Chinese teaching, and theimportant goal of the international promotion of Chinese. In the background ofChinese international promotion, localization of the Chinese teachers not only helpsalleviate the problem of the teacher shortage in the Chinese international promotion,but also contributes to nationalized teaching. And it is the important guarantee for thesustainable development of Chinese international promotion. Therefore, in thebackground of Chinese international promotion, a study of training native Chineseteachers is not only necessary, but also very urgent. This has important significance tothe construction of international Chinese teachers.Taking the Zhixing Chinese Teaching College in Indonesia for example, thisdissertation discusses existence problems and reasons for training native Chineseteachers. Combined with a comparative study on the localization of teacher training inEnglish, French, German international promotion, this dissertation learns from theexperience of the local foreign language teacher training in the United States andEurope. Base on this study, this dissertation proposes some strategies and suggestion.First, this dissertation analyzes the development status of overseas native Chineseteachers, from the urgent needs and importance of training native Chinese teachersrespectively from requirement background of native Chinese teachers, developmentstatus and problems, the advantages of native Chinese teachers and so on. Second, withZhixing Chinese Teaching College in Indonesia as an example, this dissertationanalyzes the problems existing in the native Chinese teacher training. The mainproblems are the low quality and poor Chinese foundation of Chinese normal students;lack of systematic and targeted curriculum; insufficient internships for students; etc.And the main reasons are the lack of the excellent Chinese teachers in primary andmiddle schools and the lack of Chinese language environment leading to lack ofhigh-quality students; the unreasonable professional structure of native Chineseteachers; low level occupation of teachers; insufficient utilization of resources integration, etc. Third, this dissertation comparatively studies on the native languageteachers training in other languages and regions, summarizes experiences in English,French, German local teacher training in language promotion, and provides referencesfor improving the training of native Chinese teachers. Finally, on the basis of analysisand discussion, this dissertation points out the countermeasures to promote the nativeChinese teachers training. It includes improving the standard of training native Chineseteachers, improving the curriculum of Chinese teacher profession combining with theobjective demand, strengthening the construction of overseas Chinese teachers toimprove the quality of teaching, increasing input and support for overseas nativeChinese teachers training, giving full play to the functions of educational institutionsand strengthening cooperation and communication of educational resources.
