China's modern postal service originated from the late Qing customs, and the semi-colonial and semi-feudal social nature also restricted the development of post. Great changes have taken place in China from Qing Terminal New Deal to the early Republic of China. China has finished more than 2000 years of the feudal autocratic monarchy system, established the republic of China. This promoted the development of postal service. With the related background of political reforms, this article discusses the main content of the postal reforms that from the late Qing to the early Republic of China in a specific angle.
