Throughout human history, every change is the product of the rapid development of social contradictions. Meanwhile, most of the political changes can promote social reform progress, but also can produce varying degrees of positive impact on all levels of social life. Post Service is no exception. China's modern postal service originated from the late Qing customs, and the semi-colonial and semi-feudal social nature also restricted the development of post. Great changes have taken place in China from Qing Terminal New Deal to the early Republic of China. China has finished more than 2000 years of the feudal autocratic monarchy system, established the republic of China. This promoted the development of postal service. With the related background of political reforms, this article discusses the main content of the postal reforms that from the late Qing to the early Republic of China in a specific angle. It has a muli-level discussion on the related symbols of the post, postal organization, the changes of postal interests and the return of the postal sovereignty. That can provide reference for the development of the post.This article mainly discusses the following three aspects:The first part: briefly introduced the changes of the related postal symbols after the revolution of 1911. Through issued new stamps, switched five-colour flag, used the Republic Calendar in the postal documents, abolished lunar calendar and switched to the solar calendar, to remove the feudal factors, this will provide new space for the post.The second part: from the changes of the postal organization and management that after the political changes, it has a detailed discussion on the progress of the postal organization and management, in order to meet the needs of situation development.The third part: it discusses the regression of the post sovereignty and interests from the Postal Department received the postal service, China joined the Universal Postal Union, and revoked the"Guest Post". All this explanation that national independence is the basis of sovereignty returned, but also the basis guarantee of the postal development.In a word, the political change from the late Qing to the early Republic of China has played a certain role on the development of the post.
