Language is a cultural phenomena, it's the combined system of history elements accumulation in every period. Various cultural phenomena of history coexist in the language,so through studying the language data,we can research different culture of history and explore the origin,diffusion and evolution of itWith comparative method and documentation method, this article makes systematic research in family structure,social organization and folk cultures of institutional culture. Making use of the development and changes of Mongolian reflect the development of above mentioned three subjects1. Family is the elementary unit of social structure, forming a kinship on the bases of marriage.System of kinship reflects the condition of family structure clearly and accurately。This part represent some part of《the secret history of the Mongols》,《twenty one volume dictionary》and some kinship terms in modern history literature, detailed studying the development and changes in kinship and family structure in all ages.2. Social organization is the outcome of socioeconomic development.It has special content and element. Through systems analyzing of the Mongolian words "kuriyen","mingγan"," jasaγ"," darqan", studying the development and changes of words,exploring the evolution progress of manufacture,law,military hierarchy in social organization.3. Folk cultures formed on material life and intellectual life,it is the sum of langue,behavior,prevailing custom,courtesy,habit。Although some not material culture which smiting in civilian,don't record on literature,but folk culture still normalize moral behavior of individual,social and social order.As a special culture, langue transmit many folk event.Through studying "sirulγ-αdα","kiirgend-tu talbiqui","bayaljuur idere" linguistic data, discussing development and changes of folk cultures, revealing that some disappeared and changed prevailing custom,courtesy,habit still can be fund in languagesMany Mongolian institutional cultures don't record in history but can be fund in language systematic.Studying relevant linguistic data, analyzing developments and changes of institutional culture are very significant...
