Study On Institutional Culture

As one of the non-substantial elements, the institutional culture is not only the human activities and creativities, but the basic system to order the main body of human activities. With the deepening of the study of human activities by the Marxist philosophy, the institutional culture has become an important area of philosophical research. On the base of taking in the related research achievements of sociology, culture-anthropology, institutional-economics and so on, and applying the basic viewpoint and methods of Marxism, the paper will being based on the perspective of hnman activities and conduct a study and exploration systematically to some related problems about institutional culture on the level of philosophical theory and provide the theoretical preparation for the following studies of institutional culture of human activities. Firstly, by explorating the background of study of institutional culture and analysing systematically the philosophical base of the human modern predicament and the turning of the modern philosophical ideals, the paper provided the logical starting. Secondly, based on the substantial mode of thinking, the paper studied the essential features and basic stucture. Thirdly, on the viewpoint of Ontology, the paper analysed the metaphysical base and the'differentiation and conformity'of the value and the ecology recuperation of institutional culture as one of the 'humanities strength'. Fourthly, by analysing the operational system, the preinstall and the tensity sector, the paper discussed the condition of realising institutional culture efficiency theoretically, and based on the theotetical abstract of institutional culture function, the paper analysed the function structure and the inevitality of institutional culture under the market econoy condition.The study to institutional culture of human activities in this paper limits itself merely to the analysis of theory, so it doesn't focus on the practice and leaves a broader research space for the further studies.
