Being the Japanese famous novelist in the period of Edo, Akinari Ueda's novel-Tales of Spring Rain in the selection, writing techniques, with the characteristics of the novels in the similar time can not. Our object in Tales of Spring Rain on the study is still at an elementary stage, so the study is necessary and meaningful. Akinari Ueda in the end period of Edo, the shogunate ruled dangerous; the Chonin Class began to rise,and the city gradually began to consumer culture; Japan is trying to get rid of their own culture from Confucianism, Buddhism influence seeking its own development, of such a transition from the old era. The special day and Akinari Ueda's special life experiences made him in the thinking of the Buddhist concept, the Value Ethics of the Chonin Class and the Japanese Classics never stops.In the work Tales of Spring Rain, Akinari created many distinctive character traits of the male image and these men represent the image of the late Edo monks, warriors 'and the Chonin. This article mainly analyses the monks of Dingzhu and fankuai, the Chonin class of Wuzengci and Wuzang these four characters here. Akinari in shaping these characters joined his self-thinking, represented the tendency of his the value. This article is on the image of these men as a starting point to study the Buddhism Thought,the Value Ethics of the Chonin Class and the Japanese Classics of Akinari's.There are three chapters aside from the introduction and conclusion. The first chapter analyze that two characters of the works the Fate of the Other Life and Fan Kuai. Through the experience of Dingzhu and fankuai conclude Akinari's the buddhism thought focus on the present world, the pursuit of inner cultivation. The second chapter analyses the characters of the work a smile on a dead person, finger out that Akinari's the value ethics of the Chonin Class have changed when he wrote the work again toward to the "man". The third chapter represent the two works of Akinari's writing ideas, which changed from "jape" to "writing an immortal book after receiving a punishment of castration". Considering the author's life and his works, Akinari's the Japanese Classics is special from others.
