The Research On Tseng Kuofan's Thought Of Family Harmony And Its Reference Value In The Home Letters Of Tseng Kuofan

The essence of human is the sum of all social relations, and the family is the basic unit of the society, family harmony is the cornerstone in constructing a harmonious society. Known as the moral model in the late Qing Dynasty, Tseng Kuofan put the Chinese traditional theory "Self-cultivation, Family Harmony, State Governing and world peace" into practice all his life. His personal thinking always guide people in how to regulate a family, and the letters also contain a stracture of family harmony thought.About the edition of Tseng Kuofan's letters, there are still more than 30 kinds inland, in this paper. the version the author selects is publishing by Yuelu college in October 1985version,it includes almost all the home letters, which contents letters to Kuofan's grandparents,parents,uncle parents,brothers,his wife and his sons. Together there are 1459 letters. And this version is a good reduction of the original literature. It reserves all the mistakes in the book.The reason why to choose the home letters as the text is that, the letters can most reflect a person's inner real ideas; Meanwhile write letters is the only way to communicate with family while on the battlefield. This paper considers Tseng Kuofan's letters as the text, aimed at through from on macroscopic system of its family thought, further exploit its family harmony thought for the reference of the construction of the socialist harmonious family.This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction. Introduces the purpose, significance, subject research situation and existing problems of writing thoughts, given, innovations and research methods.The second chapter differentiates the important concept.
