County Culture Industry Development And Space Layout Study

The development of science and technology, human progress, and the human consumption orientation transformation, causes the culture industry in the position of economic development is becoming more and more prominent. Globalization makes culture industry become a strong booster to urban competition and economic development.Stepping into the new century, with the more attention of the Party and country, our cultural industry made a new step, the provinces and municipalities actively supporting the development of cultural industry. At present, the study of cultural industry more focused on provinces and cities level, the development of the cultural industry on county level have not yet received enough attention, especially in the background of co-ordination of urban and rural, cultural industry in urban and rural space layout research almost much rarer. In view of this, this article will focus mainly on cultural industry research on space layout of the urban and rural areas of the county level. This paper has selected originated place of peasant cultural and the first"folk cultural home"in western-- Yuechi county, Sichuan province, tries to analysis and research present situation of cultural industry and urban and rural areas space layout of Yuechi county, provide feasible spatial development strategy for the culture strategic goal of Yuechi county and also hope to point to other cities with noodles, especially small and medium county culture industry planning and construction of practical experience and provide certain theoretical reference. Paper is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction. In which the author generalizes the research background, research purpose, innovation points and a logical framework, sorts out the present study situation. The study defines some relevant concepts, then summarizes and evaluates literatures from basically research, level research, space layout study, the relationship between cultural industries and city development in domestic and foreign.The second part is the theory support system. In which the author introduces the theory of relationship between urban and rural areas, the theory of comparative advantage and cultural industries space practice theory etc. Paper concludes urban and rural planning theory, urban and rural network development theory and urban spatial organization theory into the urban and rural relationship areas theory as category. Concludes balanced development mode, growth pole mode, point and axis development mode into space practical theory of culture industry as category. Mainly introduces the theory of comparative advantage. Through the understanding and knowledge, summarizes reference points for this paper.The third part is the base of cultural industry development of Yuechi County. Through on-the-spot investigation and access to Yuechi statistical yearbook, government reports and information data related departments provide, this article analyzes the development of cultural industry from the core layer, peripheral layer , related layer, as well as the cultural industry and urban construction, it is concluded that the competition advantage of Yuechi.The fourth part is the development of cultural industry and its space layout study in Yuechi. This part starts from the cultural industry development strategy goal, development model selection, space layout principle and influence factors of the Yuechi, obtained the development of cultural industry of the strategy, development mode, proposes the county space layout mode: the network of township take hierarchy, layout model county take cultural elements of mixed layout mode, thus forming a "2 + 3 + 4" of cultural industry in urban and rural layout mode.The fifth part is implementing system of culture industry development and space layout in Yuechi. This section briefly makes suggestions from four aspects: organization management, legal support, funding security and technical support etc.The sixth part is conclusion.
