Research On The Development Of County Cultural Industry

In the21st century, competition among countries has expanded from the political, economic, military to cultural fields, cultural soft power has become an important part of comprehensive national strength. The cultural industries can not only create jobs, promote economic growth, but also spread national cultural, enhance cultural soft power, occupy the commanding heights of the new international competition. As human society entered the post-industrial era, the cultural industry which core is Intellectual property is increasingly becoming an important force in promoting social development, the cultural industry that is called "sunrise industry "has become a new growth point of national economy and the breakthrough of China in transformating the development mode and adjusting the economic structure. Thus, both from the economic development perspective or from international competition, the development of cultural industries is imperative.Since the new century, China’s cultural industry has made considerable progress, but the culture industry is mainly concentrated in the cities in the current, the research on cultural industries are also focus on urban culture industry, vast area of the county’s cultural industry development is rather backward especially rural areas, the research in this area is relatively weak, from both the richness of cultural resources and consumer demand of cultural market, the county cultural industry has a great advantage. As China’s economic take-off requires a comprehensive prosperous county economy, the quality of the county’s cultural industry development largely determines the overall situation of China’s cultural industry.In this paper I focus on the county cultural industries which has not been studied fully by researchers. Firstly, the paper elaborated the concept and related research on county cultural industry, then, under the guidance of urban and rural planning theory, the-theory of comparative, it analyzed the reality on the development of China’s county cultural industry at the present stage, and then the paper took Boxing County as an example and went deep into the actual situation of local cultural industry development to analyzes the experience and problems of cultural industries development. On this basis, I put forward constructive path for the development of cultural industries in the county, and I hope that it is able to provide some reference for the development of county cultural industry.
