The Analysis Of The Reson Why Global Ethics Comes

Modernization of the 20th century brought people infinite confusion. Dramatic modern warfare unprecedently impacted the understanding of peace and survival of human ;the rapid development of the society began to bound the human mind, individual and group values,world view changes and further falls behind the change in the real world itself; technology development zone to a series of ethical and moral issues, but in actual practice, brought the impact of global ecological problems, human health problems. A single cultural tradition, or based on the ethical and moral basis of race has been unable to provide intellectual support for such rules; In addition, the modernization of the human soul and faith is more and more difficult to be found from the comfort of traditional ethics, human development direction, the purpose of human existence requires new ideas , which belongs to all mankind, and serves to human. Global Ethics and the state is generated in this reality.This article focuses on the historical review and practical analysis from the perspective of a comprehensive study of the two ideological causes of global ethics. The article is divided into four parts, first, Introduction describes some of the major significance of the problem and research, research methods and the basic framework, innovation and special instructions. The first chapter details the basic content of the Global Ethics and research status, the second chapter traces the history of ethics to find some reson explaning thr birth of Global Ethics, the third chapter describes the reality reson of the birth of Global Ethics.
