Global process has brought both bright prospect and the world puzzle----"global problem"concerning human's survival and development to the world people."Global problem"is not only a severely practical problem on population explosion, environmental degradation, exhaustion of resources and energy crisis etc, but also such ethical problems as multi-culture,the clash of value and the moral disorder. Consequently, seeking the"global ethics"can not be avoided to become a theoretical and practical subject solving the"global problem"naturally. However, in the modern society with international multi-polity and pluralism of the national culture, how can we achieve the agreement on"global ethics"? This thesis is the key subject of this writing. On one hand, this thesis elaborates the necessity of establishing the"global ethics"from perspective of value essence on"global problem"; on the other hand explores the cultural dialogue---one of the possible paths of global ethics in cultural significance of global ethics.Because of the objective existence of multi-culture nowadays, any tradition of moral culture can neither cover the whole empirical facts of mankind on moral nor provide the moral resources to solve the global problem solely. It's necessary for us to dialogue among the different cultures in order to settle the global issue and enhance the ethical awareness. Moreover, conflict between cultures, in the final analysis, represents the clash of human interest. Because quite a few people and bloc are unwilling to give up their priorities of original special interest, which causes great obstacle to the cultural dialogue. Consequently, only when our cultural dialogue is based on mutual benefit, it can become truly one of the important path of"global ethics".
