Study The Strike Of Lianqin Zongbu Wuhan Bedding Factory From 1947 To 1948

From 1947 to 1948,Strike of Lianqin Zongbu Wuhan Bedding Factory is a typical issue of Wuhan workers' movement during the War of Liberation, which was partial influenced political and economic situation of Wuhan. The exterior reason of the Strike of Wuhan Bedding Factory is contradiction between workers and manager. In fact, workers were opposed to the supervisor mode, the wages and bonus, the social benefit of factory for a long time. After the seventh of november murder case, workers were mutual confronted with National government by the leadership of CCP. Simultaneously, they have higher requirement about the wages and bonus, the social benefit,and so on. Finally they requirement was partial satisfied. The workers movements leadership principle of CCP are reasonable, favorable and moderate. In the other hand, the National government regulated workers strike in order to maintain social stability, but suppressed the strike by armed force when the movement out of they control. The body of thesis was arranged reasons, process and influence of the strike, presented the warring situation among workers, National government and CCP. Ultimately, the thesis was reflected the fundamental relation between them in the district ruled by Kuomintang.
