Under the ruling periods of Qing Dynasty, coexistence of two different governmental administrative systems-League-Banner System and institutions of Tings, states, prefectures and counties are formed in Inner Mongolia. Present thesis analyses social evolution of mid-western areas of Inner Mongolia, depicting regional characteristics of mid-western areas. This thesis consists of three parts:introduction, main body and conclusion. The introduction part includes historical background, significance of topic, innovations and literature review. The main body includes three chapters. Chapter one presents historical background and agricultural development of Mid-western area of the Inner Mongolia in the early Qing Dynasty"; Chapter two mainly expounds the formation process of seven Tings outside of Great Wall; Chapter three further elaborates on changes of Tings, revealing the influences of Ting system on Mongolian Banners. The conclusion part briefly summarizes the whole thesis.
