Social Security Problem In Southeast Henan Province In Late Qing Dynasty

After the Opium War, all China fell into the political crisis, following the weakening of Qing Dynasty, during that time, there were not only internal disturbances, occurred with the foreign aggressions, such as the southeast part of Henan province. Hae its political ruling power was very weak, the impoverished people in this area, influenced by the Taiping Rebellion, took a risk to revolt against the society with violence, and became the Nianjun movement during the time of Xian fen Emperor and Tongzhi Emperor, The society order was out of control, this kind of social situation lasted to the time of Guangxu Emperor. Late Qing Dynasty , respectively took different policies and tactics to strengthen their administration and the control over the southeast of Henan.The research stage of this article is the history of Late Qing Dynasty, aiming to research the unrest social background and the condition, as well as the administration of successive government over the unrests, trying to reflect the time feature of Henan during this period from the side.
