With the development of society, Music Therapy has been taken by more and more people. Face to the pressure from all sectors of society, psychological stress becomes a Common concern of this age. As music Professional performers, to face the stage playing anxiety and tension becomes the most Urgent need psychological problems be resolved. Music Psychological therapy is a technology based on the psychological theories and methods which use Non-verbal aesthetic experience and music performance activities to reach the psychological adjustment effect. Music Psychological therapy is an effective Natural Remedies, so this article will use the method of music Psychological therapy to Research the performers with anxiety on the stage to make the performers overcome the psychological barriers and perform the Performance Technology techniques commonly.This article start from the basic concept of Music Psychological therapy and layered in-depth by case analysis. The text is divided into three chapters; chapter one, Overview of Music Psychological Therapy. This chapter states Music Psychological Therapy from its situation, development, concept, basic principles and the three levels of Music Psychological Therapy Intervention and methods and introduces the basic theory of Introduces the basic theory of music therapy knowledge. Chapter two, the tension and anxiety exist in stage performers. This chapter act stage performers'practice, mental exercise and emotional expression as a starting point to explore the deep elements of tensions'exist. Chapter three, the Receptive Music Psychological therapy to the stage performers'tense and fear on the intervention. This chapter includes the ease of bad feelings by different music, and use the Music Imagination to intervene music players in system. And details the case of the full independence of the intervention and treatment process for in-depth analysis of direct and gets the appropriate scientific and effective Data to support the entire research paper.The content of this article:firstly, as play is an emotional expression of the process which demonstrated the characteristics are:Specific changes in thought processes, Impulsive behavior and the perception of physiological responses. Therefore, consider it as the incisive reason and take Performers Psychology as research objects. Secondly, according to the reasons for Performers'tense and nervous, practice and psychomotor, the relationship between Stage experience and the performers'nervous, the relationship between Age and the performers'nervous, the relationship between sex and the performers'nervous, and the changes of players by Psychology treatment to effect the works'Performance results and skills. To intervention it's system by receptive music therapy, such as, to ease bad mood with different music and to use Music Imagination to decompress mental stress to play the perfect.The target of this article:To make the stage performers play with good attitudes and improve the Performing skills to express the effect of the work adequately through Music Psychological Therapy. The therapy mainly specific to the stage players with weak Stage adaptation and anxiety, to start with Psychological treatment of music, looking for reasons for performing the psychological fear, and to identify relevant factors, using receptive music therapy to improve stage tension problems.This study based on the Clinical observation and practice in Weihai municipal Tumor Hospital, Shandong Province, which includes SAS and SCL-90 to intervention the Cases with Anxiety symptoms. According to the Comparison results about testing before and after treatment to Impact evaluation, and analysis the reasons for the root cause of tension anxiety.
