The Study Of The Word Exegesis Of Zhao Qi's Mencius Chapters

Zhao Qi's Mencius Chapters the earliest re-unitedly preserved annotation of Mencius.As one of the representative of Chapters body works in Two Han dynasty, it must be of great significance among the ancient books to comment.Taking word exegesis of Mencius chapters as its research object, this paper has taken a more detailed summary about its main form of exegesis,interpreting and training methods,hoping to offer a certain extent of compensation to the continued study insufficiency of word exegesis, and provide some reference for the research on chapters body works and Mencius Learning.In this paper, Zhao Qi's Mencius Chapters in Eastern Han dynasty (Four commentaries to Classical Series ? Mencius, Zhonghua Book Company, June 1998 version 1) is used as the study dibon,Ruan Yuan's ShiSanJing article?Mencius article (Zhonghua Book Company,1980) as reference.This thesis is divided into four parts: As the introduction section,the first part briefly presents Zhao Qi himself, the survey about Mencius chapters and the outline of chapters.The second part classifically summarizes the two word exegetical ways.The third part lists the methods of the textual word exegesis. The last one,as its epilogue,summarizes the study meaning and the value of the word exegesis of Mencius Chapters,through the relationship between interpretation of words and sentences,the influence of word exegesis and its shortage and so on.
