As the famous Zheng player, educationalist, as well as reformer in China's modern time, He Baoquan has studied the playing skills and music styles of many Zheng schools during his fifty educational and performing years. Based on other schools'skills, he has formed his own unique teaching methods and performing styles.As the result of learning from folk artisans, he has inherited systematically the genuine and traditional philosophy aesthetic thoughts, and meanwhile also has mastered the traditional playing skills.
