From 1964 to 1976, the Chinese drama stage presented a more flourishing picture than ever before, the model opera with a overwhelming posture occupied the national drama stage, and finally occupied the entire literary stage at"the Great Cultural Revolution". As the official literary arts of"the Great Cultural Revolution", model operas have a great association of Yan'an literature, the liberated area literature,"17 years"literature in the proletariat literature camp, which are all focus on direct writing and comprehensive expression of mainstream ideology, but"model opera", then develops into a more violent way.
