"Revolution" On The Stage

During 1925-1941, Soviet Russia presented large quantities of Lenin theme, the October Revolution theme and the civil war history theme play works. They were generally called the Soviet Russian revolution historical tales. We inspect more than ten play works in this paper, discussing history narrated with the construction of ideology. The revolution is the most dramatic play in the historical arena. The Soviet Russian revolution historical tales are regarded as the memory of history. They have provided the experience and lesson for China's revolutionary history theme dramatic literature.The paper is divided into three chapters. The first chapter elaborates the Soviet Russian present age history dramatization to narrate with the ideology construction, outlining general picture and political environment of Soviet Russian revolution history play in 1925-1941.Then narration theories, ideology theories and the significance production mechanism of the revolution history narrative words were revealed. The political will and ideology make it jump from personal words to state power words. The second chapter traces Russia's revolutionary thinking history, discusses the drama transforms from the Eastern Orthodoxy salvation tradition to communism Utopia. We discover that the communist party member and the Lenin image are beautified in the texts, with"red angels"replacing the"Savior". It revolutionizes the entire historical scene and simplifications it into dual opposition pattern: New and old, capitalism and socialism, revolution and counter-revolutionary. It provides the multiple perspectives explanation for historical development's tendency, impetusing the legalization of revolution history; through to the new old Russia's opposition, socialism and capitalism's opposition, it makes the defense to Soviet Russian history's validity, starts out the proof for the new society's inevitability, and provides a glorious Utopia. It also provides new criterion and the thought basis for the Soviet in turbulent age. The play works were produced with"the proletariat ideology". In fact they were a part of Soviet country ideology machine. The play works described revolutionary history mammoth, imagination of a great political community, the fantasy of the communism Utopia prospect, and the desire of the Soviet socialism Republic federation's Eternal life. The play works betrayed the tradition on surface; but it inherited the tradition in-depth extension, which showing tradition's robustness.
