Teachers'education is a professional education to train teachers. In the process, interns should change their role from students to teachers. The change needs professional knowledge and stills from books and teachers, which are defined as indirect experience, as while as it needs direct experience, which can be acquired by educational practice.This paper is based on the research of English educational practice in teachers'colleges and the administration of the Ministry of Education. Besides, the author references the achievements at home and abroad in the field. Then the author finds out problems in the process of English educational practice in teachers'colleges of the Ministry of Education, including the imperfect schedule and dull substance of educational practice, the interns lacking essential technique and preparation, to- be-farther- chosen practice schools and irresponsible Instructors. This paper analyses the features of the major of English and the English educational practice, and absorbs essence from five theories. Then the author establishes a model, named as whole-coursing education practice. This paper concludes its framework, process and running principles. At last, it proposes series of strategies, which includes changing people's thought, creating a condition for practice, improving the system of courses, establishing base for educational practice, strengthening instruction, diverting the interns'psychological idea and so on.
