The Study On The Evaluation Of Tianjin Cultural Industry Competitiveness

With the acceleration of globalization of economy, the trend of synchronousheadway of the culture and the economy becomes much brighter; culture with itsunique advantages joins into the integration of the world economy development. Inthe report of the 17th congress of the communist party of China, some newNoun ,such as"cultural development and prosperity"and"cultural creativity"and"cultural soft power","cultural rights","cultural productivity","cultural industries",frequently appear. These new words embody the party's new ideas and deploy for thedevelopment of Chinese culture in the new stage.Cultural industry as"the sunrise industry"increasingly becomes the targettracking by the capital and talent. In recent years, the state and local governments alsopay great attention to the development of cultural industry, formulate policies andstrategies to increase the development of cultural industry and improve the culturalindustrial competitiveness. The cultural industrial competitiveness is not only a part ofnational competitiveness and the comprehensive national power, but also an importantcomponent of the urban competitiveness.Tianjin as one of the center cities of the Bohai economic circle has great regionalpredominance. Although the culture industry started late, but has a great developmentspeed, and the related industry develops fast, but there still exist some problems, suchas the smaller scale of cultural industry, the structure should be optimized etc. Strivingto develop the culture industries plays a great role of accelerating economicrestructuring/upgrading industries/ urban economic development/the Bohai economicrim and even the entire national economic development and culture prosperous.Based on the related literature at home and abroad, this paper sums up the relatedtheory on the basis of culture industry and cultural industry competitivenessevaluation, Then referencing the existing related research achievements and statisticalyearbook on culture industry competitiveness evaluation, screening Evaluation index,constructing regional cultural industry competitiveness evaluation index system, andthen using Delphi method and Entropy weight method to Empower heavy for theevaluation index, and using grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluatethe cultural industry competitiveness of China's four municipalities. Through the transverse comparison of China's four municipalities in 2007 to get the developmentobstacle of Tianjin cultural industry, through the longitudinal evaluation of Tianjinbetween 2004 and 2007 to get the development condition of Tianjin in these years; inorder to get the accurate positioning for Tianjin cultural industry and puts forward thecompetitive strategic choice for improving the cultural industrial competitiveness ofTianjin.
