Research On The Evaluation Of Cultural Industry Competitiveness In N Region

With the deepening of global economic integration and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure,the cultural industry,as a new green industry with low consumption and high yield,is favored by many countries,and its future market space is extremely huge.And N region has been focusing on developing traditional industries for a long time,it is facing economic transformation and industrial structure optimization now,and it has urgent need to develop an alternative industry.As a big province which has a great background in national culture,it has a very solid cultural foundation.But due to its late starting,the development of cultural industry in N region is still in the lower level.Therefore,enhancing the competitiveness of the cultural industry is of great significance to promote the development of N region.In this paper,through the arrangement and analysis of cultural industry competitiveness and previous research results,the Porter diamond model is selected as the evaluation model,and it is adjusted through being combined with the hierarchical theory.And I finally obtain a "hierarchical structure-diamond model".Next,based on this model,I selected the relevant evaluation indicators constructed a set of evaluation index system that suitable for the cultural industry competitiveness of N region.Then I collected 12cities’ specific data through local government yearbook,statistical report and other official documents.And based on factor analysis method,I used SPSS26.0 software to calculated the comprehensive score cultural industry competitiveness and make evaluations.And finally,according to the evaluation results,I gave some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems which we found in this paper.This empirical research result shows that the cultural industry in N region presents the regional development imbalance,the difference of cultural industry competitiveness between these cities.There are some problems,for example,cultural industry and related industry have not got a great integration,government investment in cultural industry is not enough,residents strong consumption demand in cultural product,the talents in cultural industry is lack now,industrial innovation power is not strong.In order to solve these development problems,this paper puts forward the competitiveness of cultural industry based on the city level and the overall level of N area respectively,and provides reference suggestions for the development direction of cultural industry in N region.
